This is a Project Uptime meta-bug for bugs involving static analysis done by compilers and other tools. It includes preventive static analysis jobs that run on TreeHerder and cause backouts on failures (these are preferable), as well as work involving ad hoc runs.

We never really used that bug. We have others like coverity and others.
